1 -The Front Door Should Set The Tone
Want to make a great first impression? Why not paint your front door a fun colour or in a glossy hue? In many cultures, red represents safety and sometimes even luck. Other colours you could try are orange and yellow which both are associated with warmth and joy.

Mirrors can make a space feel brighter as they reflect light around a room. However do not hang a mirror opposite to a window as the light will be bounced right back out. Put mirrors on walls perpendicular to windows.

If your home gets a lot of sun, opt for light colours that won’t fade in time. The most recommended lightweight fabrics for panels are cotton, linen, and silk blends because they tend to hang well. Also keep in mind that window dressings should be functional and elegant.
